Hi, my name is Ruby Esperanza.
I am a mother of two, 17-year vegan, former social worker, and lover of family, nature, good food, ancient mysteries, and a proud warrior of Love and Light.
As long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping others and advocating for truth.
I have manifested that passion throughout my life in various ways through the many opportunities I have had a pleasure of experiencing through my education, personal relationships, occupations, and spiritual teachings. The one thing they all have had in common was my Love for serving others while healing myself and embodying my truth.
I have also experienced many occasions where my version of truth no longer aligned with my environment, relationships, or career choice. When faced with having to choose between my overall wellness and a version of myself that was no longer serving me, I decided to make a change. A change to look deep within myself, face my innermost traumas and fears, and choose to take steps towards healing myself using self-reflection, self-discovery through meditation and processing, energy healing, and an enhanced spiritual connection, appreciation, and practice.
Healing looks different for everyone of course. My intentions are to share my healing experiences through coaching and energy healing to help empower and heal the collective from emotional, physical, and energetic blockages while helping raise the overall vibrational state to Love and Light.
